Junior Online Marketing Specialist

We are looking for:

  • Individuals with a basic understanding of how search engines work & what makes pages rank in
    search engines.
  • Motivated and independent individuals who are up to date with the latest digital marketing
    strategies (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.)
  • Individuals who are familiar with the guest-posting process & social media marketing strategies.Fast learners who have the capacity to assimilate a wealth of knowledge in a short period of
    time (2-3 months).
  • Versatile multi-taskers who are comfortable with handling multiple projects at the same time.
  • Candidates with proven English communication skills will be favored.
  • Candidates who are familiar with SEO & social media tools will be favored.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant websites for link-building;
  • Contact webmasters to negotiate guest posting opportunities with them;
  • Perform competitive analysis to discover links that can be replicated;
  • Apply link-building strategies on websites from different niches.
  • Place orders for articles via freelancing platforms. Correct these articles and submit them to
    relevant online publications.
  • Update status reports for assigned campaigns & evaluate the performance of various marketing
    strategies.
  • Suggest new link-building & branding strategies and work on their implementation with the
    Director of Marketing.
  • Update social media pages regularly using S.M. dashboards & collaborative tools.

We are looking for:

  • Foreign Languages BA and/or Editing Theory and Practice MA.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Excellent organizational skills (prioritize tasks, establish website content calendars, set deadlines).
  • Basic SEO knowledge.
  • Social media know-how.
  • Attention to details.
  • Self-sufficient team member.
  • Good team player.
  • Hard-working, intuitive and aspiring.

Your Responsibilities:

As an editor you will have to:

  • Proofread English articles, revise and submit them for revision, if necessary.
  • Publish articles and keep track of all published and written materials.
  • Set the monthly website calendars and make sure articles are published on time.
  • Measure website traffic and statistics using SEO tools.
  • Promote articles on our social media channels.
